My name is Tom Hunt. Back in the old Villa Paulus, I had the chance to gather experiences that still shape me today.

So I’m truly happy to once again create menus for you – this time with a new concept, in these incredibly beautiful old walls.

Today, I combine influences from Asia, Latin America, and French classics with seasonal freshness, creativity, and a sense for subtle balance.

Traveling plays a central role in my work: discovering the world through its flavors remains my greatest passion.

And what I look forward to most are those evenings when good food and engaging conversation come together naturally.

My journey began at Villa Paulus, where I trained as a restaurant specialist and spent a total of six years honing my skills. During that time, I learned that a restaurant visit is more than just dining – it’s an experience.

My goal is to turn each of your visits into an unforgettable memory. With my open manner and enthusiasm for exceptional food and drinks, I want to create evenings for you and your loved ones that will stay with you for a long time.
