After 17 years of Villa Paulus and a 19-month break, we’ve decided to bring new life to the restaurant at what is now Hotel 1782 as a pop-up restaurant, starting August 15, 2025.

We would have loved to see the old Villa Paulus in good new hands, but it wasn’t meant to be. That’s why we’re “popping up” again – on August 15.

Over the many years of Villa Paulus, we noticed something special:
Guests who enjoyed our menus and regularly attended our events with menu pairings often became friends of the house. The menu was the central part of the evening, but the atmosphere and conversations were just as important.

That’s why, for us, the joy of the experience takes center stage.
We want to be the setting for your evening.

Surrounding the menu, you'll find special drinks and experience areas – we’re planning things like a photo booth and a pool table.

With us, the evening should feel like dinner at a friend’s home - one set menu, a maximum of 20 guests.

An opportunity to casually connect with others and explore the Villa in all its new facets.

Or simply enjoy a private evening, just among yourselves.

We start the menu together in the restaurant at 7.00 pm. Between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. we await you with a welcome cocktail and accompanying delicacies in the garden room.
